Between then and now honestly we have not been able to do much . Reviewing the reasons for things not happenening - I will list the following
- consistent and regular interaction
- WIFM ( What is in it for me !)... what are the benefits
- non-availbilty of time
- how to contribute
among others ..
Starting today , I plan to review the work or data collected so far and put it up on the blog and send regular e mails to all those who enrolled to join the forum .

We can form a India specific SIG for EVM . This will collate the knowledge and best practices available from various sources

Best Practices from and IT Engg / construction Industry in India

It will help in promoting the Earned Value concept in industry/ government and finding prospective users .It can be focal point for discussing and resolving issues in EVM application and implementation .
Please let us brainstorm on this idea . Your ideas and suggestions are welcome .

Survey - Empirical study - Project time delay - construction projects
